Hallelujah!
Isa

Greeting from Hopevale! There are horses everywhere here so it can be that you find one next to your van in your front yard. :)
Well, Hopevale is much better as far as the spiritual atmosphere compared to Palm Island. It's hard to explain but we don't struggle as much but are much more relaxt. On Palm Island it felt like our hormones were constantly going crazy anyway. But everything is back to normal here in Hopevale. Yeah.
What have we been doing here? Well, we just got to know a lot of people and prepare the way for future teams to come. We performed a drama in the local church and sang and played some songs. I'm glad I brought my keyboard.
Today we had the chance to tell people of how God has transformed our lives...and where did all this happen? At a local radio station that airs to Hopevale and Cooktown (the next bigger town)
Rebecca sang "How great is our God" and I was playing keyboard along to it.
We also have been going to a local youth center where we hang out with the youth. Since they have had trouble finding volunteers to open it up, we have been the ones in charge.
Tomorrow we will also have an hour long school program in the local elementary school. And on Thursday we're gonna leave for Townsville and on Saturday it's finally time to go to Mt. Isa!
